1. Incorrect Book/Not As Described/Damaged
All customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your return is a result of an error on the part of Zbookz. To receive your refund, please return your item directly to Zbookz within 30 days of the original delivery date and in the same condition you received it in.
2. Book Did Not Arrive
All customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your book is not delivered within 30 days. We strive for quick shipping and expect to have all orders mailed within two business days. To further ensure speedy delivery we employ address verification through USPS and send packages with USPS Delivery Confirmation services.
3. Changed Your Mind
If you�ve changed your mind about a book that you�ve ordered, please contact Zbookz directly to request a return. If your request is accepted you will be refunded the price of the book (not including original or return shipping charges). In most cases we are happy to accommodate these requests.
